Welcome to our platform! This article provides a comprehensive overview of the various features available across different devices to help you make the most of your experience. Below is a detailed breakdown of platform features for the Web, iPad, iPhone, and Android tablet.

Basic Settings

Our Web app is our primary platform. Here you manage everything such as setting up projects, inviting members, importing plans, and handling administrative tasks and much more. Access is via the browser at https://app.docu-tools.com. Access via our mobile apps comes with limited functionality.

  • Help Menu: Available on all platforms and provides sections Help center, Service Ticket, contact details of our sales team, and displays the current app Version. It notifies you about new app Versions.

  • User settings - Manage user details, email, Password, Two-step authentication, registered devices, and other options in the Web app. iOS app settings include user details, Password, saving photos in the device gallery, QR code scanner, and GPS function activation (iPhone).

  • Basic settings exclusively in the Web app:

  • Notifications management - Configure the frequency of Notifications (daily, immediately, never) and receive email Notifications.

  • License management - Manage the users in your Organization - Invite, Assign licenses, and more.

  • Report templates management - Import and manage Report templates.

Projects and Plans

  • Create projects in the Web app and the iPad app.

  • My projects List: available on all platforms; Organization Projects List: Web app allows Copy/access to settings; iPad allows online access only. To learn more about the difference between these 2 Lists, please read our FAQ.

  • Project settings: accessible in the Web app for administrators and users with project management rights.

  • Plan list: available on all platforms, however, only the Web app and the iPad app allow plans to be imported.

  • Plan settings and the option to Import new plan Versions are exclusively available in the Web app for administrators and users with project management rights.

Pins, Pin Groups, and Tasks

  • The Lists, views, and features for Pins and Tasks are available on all platforms.

  • For the iPhone app, there are some restrictions as the screen is smaller and there is no additional view for the Task and group List.

  • The Filters for the Pin and Task Lists are most detailed in the Web app. Also in the Web app, it is possible to add Tasks in large quantities to the To-do list.

  • All Pin Fields are available both in the Web app and the iOS app, only the Tag Field is currently available for the Android app.

  • All Pin options (Copy/Move Pins, attach Media, change Pin Status, mark Pins and Tasks as completed/rejected/closed) are available on all platforms.

  • On the iPhone, it is only possible to add photos, videos, and Notices; adding Files, Audio, and sketches is not possible.

  • The Pin history and inactive content can only be viewed in the Web app.

Views Available Only in Web App

Reports

  • Create, Download, and Share on all platforms except the iPhone app. For more details, please see our section on reports, here.

  • Sign reports directly in the app on the iPad (if the selected Report template includes a signature placeholder).

Work Offline

  • Work Offline: exclusively available for mobile apps (iOS and Android).

  • On the iPhone, it is only possible to Download individual plans, but on tablets, you can also Download entire projects.
