Copy Pin/Move to another Plan

Copy Pin

  1. Open the Pin you want to Copy.

  2. Click on the ... in the Pin view.

  3. Select Copy Pin.

  4. A crosshair appears, allowing you to locate the Pin on the Plan. Move the Plan until the Pin is in the desired position.

  5. Confirm with a Click on the checkmark or cancel with a Click on the X.

NOTE: Pin Title, Category, and fields are copied. However, Media and Notices are not included in the new Pin. The copied Pin and its tasks always maintain an "open" Status, regardless of the Status of the original Pin and its tasks.

Copying a Pin is a feature available to users with roles that allow the creation of Pins. This option is available in the Web app and iPhone app. On the iPad, use Pin Templates instead. The feature is currently not available in the Android app.

Move Pin to another Plan

  1. Open the Pin you want to Move.

  2. Click on the ... icon in the Pin view.

  3. Select Move to another Plan.

  4. Choose a Plan from the List.

  5. The selected Plan will open, and a crosshair appears, allowing you to position the Pin. Adjust the Plan until the Pin is in the desired location.

  6. Confirm with a Click on the checkmark or cancel the process by Clicking on the X.

The option to Move a Pin to another Plan is only visible to users with an administrator role and the Creator of the Pin.

The feature to Move Pins to another Plan is currently available on the Web App, iPhone App, and iPad App. The feature is not yet available for our Android App.
