Step-by-Step Guide
Web app
Filters are available in the following views in the Web app:
Pin listPlan listSplit viewTo-do listMedia viewCreate Report
Open one of the views mentioned above.
In list views, the Filter opens automatically. In the
PlanorSplit view, Click onFilterto open it.Select the desired Category (e.g.,
Pins,Tasks,Datasets,Plan,Pin fields) and define your Filter rules.For each Rule, select a condition such as
is,is not,all,none.Optional: Specify whether all, at least one, or none of the rules must apply (Default:
all).
Examples:
Category – is – Defectshows all Pins with the Category "Defect".Category – all – Defect & Inspectionshows all Pins that have either "Defect" or "Inspection" as a Category.
Smartphone App (iOS & Android)
Filters are exclusively available in the Plan view:
Open a Plan.
Tap on the filter icon at the top right.
Choose from the following Filter options:
Hide all PinsChange sorting(by Title, Status, Category, Number)Pin Status(open, closed, inactive)Pin CategoryTask status(including inactive, note: not available offline)Assigned to(me or specific people)Due date(e.g., overdue or custom time window)
Tap on
Show Pinsat the bottom to Sctivate the Filter. The number of matching Pins will be displayed.To reset the Filter:
Tap again on the filter icon.
Tap on
Resetat the top right, then at the bottom onApply.
iPad App
Filters are available in the following views:

Additional Notes
Inactive Pins and Tasks are not available offline on mobile devices. For complete results, use the Web app.
All manually created Pin fields are also filterable – exclusively in the
Pin listof the Web app.
