– Access to a project in the web app, iPad app, or smartphone app – At least read permission on Pins, Tasks, or Media

Filters are available in the following views: – <code>Pin List</code> – <code>Plan List</code> – <code>Split View</code> – <code>Task List</code> – <code>Media View</code> – <code>Create Report</code>

In list views, filters open automatically. In <code>Plan</code> or <code>Split View</code>, click on <code>Filter</code> to open.

Choose a category (e.g. <code>Pins</code>, <code>Tasks</code>, <code>Datasets</code>, <code>Plan</code>, <code>Pin Fields</code>) and define filter rules.

For each rule, choose a condition such as <code>is</code>, <code>is not</code>, <code>all</code>, <code>none</code>.

Optional: Define whether results must match all, any, or none of the rules (default: <code>all</code>).

1. Open one of the views above.
2. In list views, filters open automatically. In <code>Plan</code> or <code>Split View</code>, click on <code>Filter</code> to open.
3. Choose a category (e.g. <code>Pins</code>, <code>Tasks</code>, <code>Datasets</code>, <code>Plan</code>, <code>Pin Fields</code>) and define filter rules.
4. For each rule, choose a condition such as <code>is</code>, <code>is not</code>, <code>all</code>, <code>none</code>.
5. Optional: Define whether results must match all, any, or none of the rules (default: <code>all</code>).

Examples: – <code>Category – is – Deficiency</code> shows all Pins with the "Deficiency" category. – <code>Category – all – Deficiency &amp; Inspection</code> shows all Pins that belong to either the "Deficiency" or "Inspection" category (not both – each Pin can only have one category).

Filters are only available in the <code>Plan View</code>:

Choose from the following options: – <code>Hide all Pins</code> – <code>Change Sorting</code> (by title, status, category, number) – <code>Pin Status</code> (open, closed, inactive) – <code>Pin Category</code> – <code>Task Status</code> (incl. inactive – note: not available offline) – <code>Assigned to</code> (me or specific users) – <code>Due Date</code> (e.g. overdue or custom date range)

Tap <code>Show Pins</code> at the bottom to activate the filter. The number of matching Pins will be displayed.

To reset the filter: – Tap the filter icon again. – Tap <code>Reset</code> in the top right, then tap <code>Apply</code>.

– Inactive Pins and Tasks are not available offline on mobile devices. For full results, use the web app. – All manually created Pin Fields can also be used as filter criteria – only in the <code>Pin List</code> view of the web app.
