I need to reinstall a mobile device, what should I do?

Whether you are switching to a new smartphone or had to reset your existing device, you can simply Log in again in the app with your user data.

NOTE: If you are resetting an existing device or switching to a new device, be sure to synchronize your downloaded projects and plans beforehand to avoid the loss of offline data.

However, if you have already been using 2 devices before, you will receive an error message. Please proceed as follows:

  • Log in via your browser to the Web app.

  • Click on the icon with the little man at the top right in the black bar.

  • Under your name, Click on User settings.

  • Scroll down to Devices.

  • Remove the devices you no longer use from the List by Clicking on Log out device.

  • Log in again on your new mobile device.

Do not forget, if necessary, to download offline data again.
