Whether you are switching to a new smartphone or had to reset your existing device, you can simply Log in again in the app with your user data.
NOTE: If you are resetting an existing device or switching to a new device, be sure to synchronize your downloaded projects and plans beforehand to avoid the loss of offline data.
However, if you have already been using 2 devices before, you will receive an error message. Please proceed as follows:
Log in via your browser to the Web app.
Click on the icon with the little man at the top right in the black bar.
Under your name, Click on
User settings
.Scroll down to
Devices
.Remove the devices you no longer use from the List by Clicking on
Log out device
.Log in again on your new mobile device.
Do not forget, if necessary, to download offline data again.
