I don't remember my Password. What should I do?

If

  • You have previously created a docu tools Account for a specific E-mail address and it has been too long to remember the Password OR

  • You received an invitation to a Project or an Organization a long time ago and the activation link no longer works OR

  • You absolutely cannot remember which of the countless possible Passwords you have used

then follow these instructions:

  1. Go to https://app.docu-tools.com/.

  2. Click on the link Reset Password below the Login Function button in the second line.

  3. Enter the E-mail address with which you are registered in docu tools. Please ensure that you can also access the E-mail Account.

  4. Open your E-mail inbox and look for the E-mail with the subject "[docu tools] Do you want to reset your Password?" Check your SPAM/Junk Folder if necessary. Open the E-mail.

  5. Click on the Reset Password Function button.

  6. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new Password. Confirm the Password by entering it again in the second Field. Click on Save.
