How does the Force Sync function work on iOS devices?

The "Force Sync" function is a valuable tool for resolving synchronization issues or correcting incomplete data sets on iOS devices, especially when multiple devices are synchronized simultaneously. Below are the steps for forcing synchronization on iPad and iPhone.

Force synchronization on the iPad

  • For a specific Project

  1. Navigate to the Projects list.

  2. Press and hold the sync button corresponding to the Project whose synchronization you want to force.

  3. A confirmation window for forced synchronization will appear. Confirm the action.

  • For all downloaded Projects and Plans

  1. Open the Sync view.

  2. Press and hold the sync button in the top bar.

  3. A confirmation window for forced synchronization will appear. Confirm the action.

Force synchronization on the iPhone

  • For a specific Plan

  1. Locate the Plan in the Plan list for which you want to force synchronization.

  2. Press and hold the Plan until the confirmation window for forced synchronization appears.

  3. Confirm the action to start the forced synchronization.

  • For all downloaded Plans

  1. Switch to the synchronization view.

  2. Press and hold the sync button in the top bar.

  3. A confirmation window for forced synchronization will appear. Confirm the action.
