Force Synchronization on the iPad
For a specific Project
Navigate to the Projects list.
Press and hold the sync button corresponding to the Project whose synchronization you want to force.
A confirmation window for the forced synchronization will appear. Confirm the action.
For all downloaded Projects and Plans
Open the Sync view.
Press and hold the sync button on the top bar.
A confirmation window for the forced synchronization will appear. Confirm the action.
Force Synchronization on the iPhone
For a specific Plan
Locate the Plan in the Plan list that you want to force sync.
Press and hold the Plan until the confirmation window for the forced synchronization appears.
Confirm the action to start the force synchronization.
For all downloaded Plans
Switch to the synchronization view.
Press and hold the sync button on the top bar.
A confirmation window for the forced synchronization will appear. Confirm the action.
