Report Creation on iPad

Prerequisites

  • Active License

  • Active internet connection

  • All data synchronized

Note: Reports can only be created online on the iPad.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Synchronize your data.

  2. Open either the Pinliste or the To-do list.

  3. If desired, filter the pins.

  4. Select the desired pins by ticking the box in the corresponding row.

  5. Tap on the Stift-Icon at the top right and select Create New Report.

  6. An input window will open. Assign a meaningful Title.

  7. Choose the Report template you want to use to create the Report.

    Note: pocket tool Users have access only to the standard templates.

  8. Tap on Continue.

  9. Select the time period for the Media to be included and the sorting order via the dropdown menus.

  10. Tap on Continue.

  11. Choose the size of the overview map and the zoom level.

  12. Tap on Continue.

  13. The Report creation starts automatically. You can Leave the window by tapping Hide. The Report will be created in the background.

  14. Switch to the Reports view by tapping the icon with three lines in the upper left corner.

  15. Here you can find all created Reports:

    • Tap on the Report to open the preview.

    • Use the Link-Icon to Share the Report as a link.

    • Use the Share-Icon to save the Report as a PDF on the device or open it in another app (e.g., Adobe).

Additional Notes

  • The speed of Report creation depends on the number of selected pins and Media, as well as your internet connection.

  • Check before creating whether all required Media are fully synchronized.
