You have received an invitation for a project in docu tools. You have accepted the invitation and opened the project for the first time. Now you only see one project folder - but it is empty. That's fine. Everything is correct.

Important to know: As a subcontractor, you will only see something in a project if you have been assigned a task. If you do not yet have a task, you will only see an empty project. This is normal. You don't have to do anything.

You will receive an e-mail from docu tools. There is a link in the e-mail. If you click on this link, you will be taken directly to the task.

Then you will see: + the plan, + a pin (= marker), + and your task.

You document your work in the task. For example: you write something about it or attach photos. When you are finished, click on Mark as done. The task then disappears - as does the plan, if there is no other task open for you on the plan.
