If
you have ever created a docu tools account for a specific email address and it has been too long now to remember the password OR
you received an invitation to a project or organization a long time ago and the activation link no longer works OR
you simply cannot remember for the life of you which of the countless possible passwords you have used
then follow these instructions:
go to https://app.docu-tools.com/.
under the
loginbutton in the 2nd line, click on thereset passwordlink.enter the email address you are registered with in docu tools. Please note that you must also be able to access the e-mail account.
open your e-mail box and look for the mail with the subject
[docu tools] Do you want to reset your password?. Also check your SPAM/junk folder if necessary. Open the mail.click on the
Reset password?button.you will be redirected to the page where you can enter a new password. Confirm the password by entering it again in the 2nd field. Click on
Save.
