To use docu tools, you need your own Account. There are three different ways an Account can be created:
Self-registration via the website (for new customers)
Invitation to an existing Organization
Invitation to a Project
Below, we explain the differences and the individual steps.
Self-registration via the website (for new customers)
This method is ideal for new customers who want to test docu tools initially.
Open our website: www.docu-tools.com.
Click on
Try for free.You will be redirected to the registration form.
Fill in all fields completely (Name, E-mail address, Password, Company, etc.).
You will receive a confirmation code via e-mail. Enter this to verify your E-mail address.
After successful registration: - Your user Account will be created. - A new docu tools Organization will be established for you.
Invitation to an existing Organization
If a colleague directly invites you to their existing Organization, you will receive an invitation via e-mail.
Open the invitation e-mail and Click on the
Join Organizationbutton.You will be automatically redirected to the registration form.
Your E-mail address and the Organization are already pre-filled.
Complete your personal information (First name, Last name, Phone number, Password).
Verify your E-mail address using the sent verification code.
After successful registration: - Your user Account will be created. - You are directly a Member of the invited Organization.
Invitation to a Project
If you are invited to a specific Project, you will also receive an e-mail with a join link.
If you already have a docu tools Account:
You can directly access the Project. No new registration is required.
If you do not have an Account yet: 1. Click on the Join now button in the invitation e-mail. 2. You will be redirected to the registration form. 3. Your E-mail address is already pre-filled. 4. Enter your details (Company, First name, Last name, Phone number, Password). 5. Confirm your E-mail address via the sent verification code.
After successful registration: - Your user Account will be created. - A separate docu tools Organization will be established for you.
