Creating a Report on the iPad

Prerequisites

  • Active license

  • Active internet connection

  • All data synchronised

Note: Creating reports on the iPad is exclusively available online. Creating reports offline is not possible.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Synchronise your data.

  2. Open either the Pin list or the Task list.

  3. If needed, apply filters to the pins.

  4. Select the desired pins by ticking the checkbox in the corresponding row.

  5. Tap the Pencil icon in the top right corner and select Create new report.

  6. An input window will open. Enter a meaningful title.

  7. Choose the report template you want to use.

    Note: pocket tool users can only access the standard templates.

  8. Tap Next.

  9. Use the dropdown menus to select the time range for the media to be included in the report and the sorting order.

  10. Tap Next.

  11. Choose the size of the overview map and the zoom level.

  12. Tap Next.

  13. Report creation starts automatically. Tap Hide to close the window. The report will be generated in the background.

  14. Switch to the Reports view by tapping the icon with three lines in the upper left corner.

  15. Here you will find all created reports:

    • Tap a report to open the preview.

    • Use the Link icon to share the report via a link.

    • Use the Share icon to to save to PDF to the device or open it in another app (e.g. Adobe).

Additional Notes

  • Report generation speed depends on the number of selected pins and media as well as your internet speed.

  • Make sure all required media are fully synchronised before creating the report.
