Manual Groups

Manual groups allow you to organize Pins by manually selecting and adding them.

Creating a Manual Group

  1. Access the Group list.

  2. Click on the Function button New Group.

  3. Select the option Group.

  4. Enter a meaningful Title for the Group.

  5. Click on Select Pins.

  6. In the Pop-up window, manually select the Pins using checkboxes and use Filters for a faster selection.

  7. Click on Add Selected Pins.

Alternatively, you can also add Pins directly from the Pin list to a manual Group:

  1. In the Pin list, select Pins using checkboxes.

  2. Click on the Function button Pencil.

  3. Choose Add Pins to Group.

  4. Select an existing Group or create a new Group.

Adding and Removing Pins from a Manual Group

  1. Navigate to the Group list.

  2. Open the desired Group.

  3. To add more Pins, use the Function button Add Pins.

  4. To Remove Pins, mark the Pins using checkboxes, Click on the Pencil Function button and select Remove Pins from Group.

Copy Group

  1. Navigate to the Group list.

  2. Open the Group you want to Copy.

  3. Click on the Function button ....

  4. Choose Copy Group and enter a new unique Title.

Filter Groups

Filter Groups automatically contain Pins based on selected Filters.

Creating a Filter Group

  1. Navigate to the Group list.

  2. Click on the Function button New Group.

  3. Select the option Filter Group.

  4. Enter a meaningful Title.

  5. Select a Filter for the Group.

  6. Click on Save.

  • Pins that match the selected Filter are automatically added to the Group.

NOTE: It is not possible to manually add or Remove Pins from a Filter Group; it is based on the Filter used during creation.

Editing the Filter of a Filter Group

  1. Navigate to the Group list.

  2. Open the desired Filter Group.

  3. Click on the Function button Edit.

  4. Adjust the Filter as needed.

  5. Click on Save.

  • The Pins in the Group will be adjusted based on the updated Filter.

Rename and Deactivate Groups

  1. Navigate to the Group list.

  2. Open the desired Group.

  3. Click on the Function button ....

  4. To Rename the Group, select Rename and update the Title.

  5. To Deactivate a Group, select the option Set Group inactive.

Alternatively, you can also Deactivate Groups directly from the Group list by using the designated checkboxes and the Pencil Function button.
