Deactivate Plans

Updated this week

Deactivating Plans is a simple process reserved for users with the administrator role. This guide will walk you through the steps to deactivate a Plan and provide insights into what happens with inactive Plans and the Pins and Tasks contained within them.

Instructions

  1. Open the Plan list in your dashboard to display all available Plans.

  2. Click on the ... menu next to the Plan you want to deactivate.

  3. Select the Deactivate Plan option from the menu.

The Plan is now deactivated and will no longer appear in the standard Plan list, which only displays active Plans.
