Avoid Importing PDFs as plans:
Importing PDFs as plans can significantly increase the Project size and is not necessarily the most efficient method.
Instead, create a Pin on the edge of the plan (somewhere it does not interfere but is easy to find), give it a meaningful Title (e.g., "Report Collection") and add the PDF under
Media and Files.
Why is there no direct Import function for PDFs?
docu tools is not a document management system. For 1-2 PDF documents, you can use the storage function in the Pin as described above.
However, if you are dealing with a larger number of documents, you should use a company-wide document management system like Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Docs. These platforms are specifically designed for this purpose and offer features and access options that go beyond what our platform can achieve.
