In most cases, an outdated app Version is the problem. Please ensure that the latest Version is always installed on your mobile device.
How to Find Out Which Version is Installed on Your Device
Tap on the question mark in the app. In the bottom box, you will see the app Version. If this box is green, you have the current Version installed. If the box is blue, your Version is outdated and needs to be updated. If you Click on the included link, you will be redirected directly to the update option. You can also follow the steps listed below.
If your question mark symbol has a red dot, it is another indication that your Version is outdated.
Updating the App on Apple Devices
Go to the App Store on your mobile device. Search for the docu tools app using the search function. Click "Update". Alternatively, you can Click on your user picture/initials and open your Account. Drag the screen down to refresh the view. Below "Personal Recommendations," you will see all available updates. Now, you can either install all available updates for all apps listed by tapping "Update All" or you can search for the docu tools app in the List and update only this one.
Updating the App on Android Devices
Go to the Play Store on your mobile device. Search for the docu tools app using the search function. Click "Update".
