I am a Project admin, but cannot create projects or Report templates, why?

If you are experiencing issues with creating projects or Report templates, even though you are a Project admin, there are several possible reasons. Please consider the following points:

License Expiry

Check the Status of your License. If your License has expired, it may restrict your administrative functions. If the License has expired, please contact our Sales Team or submit a Service ticket.

Global Rights

  • Rights for project management

To manage and create projects, you must have been granted the "project management" permission. Make sure you have these rights. Contact your Organization owner for this.

  • Rights to create Report templates (License management)

The permission to create Report templates is included in the "License management" permission. Make sure that you have received the appropriate rights for License management. Contact your Organization owner for this. Without this permission, you cannot access the editing view for Report templates.

If you continue to experience problems, contact your system administrator or reach out to the support team via a Service ticket.
