At docu tools, we welcome your ideas and suggestions for the further development of our software. Every piece of feedback helps us tailor docu tools even better to your needs.

Login Required

Before you can submit ideas or feedback, you must be logged in to your docu tools Account.

How to Access the Ideas & Updates Area

  1. Open Chat

Click on the "?" icon at the top right and select "Need Help?" from the menu.

  1. Reach the Ideas & Updates Board

Scroll down a bit in the help menu to the "Ideas & Updates" section.

Click on the link – you will be redirected to our central board.

Features of the Ideas & Updates Board

The board offers you the following possibilities:

- Create a new post

Click on "Create post" to submit your idea or concern.

- Vote for existing posts

You can support existing posts from other Users with a vote.

- Specify importance

In addition to voting, you can indicate how important each feature is for you:

  • Not important

  • Nice to have

  • Important

  • Essential

This assessment helps our product Team in prioritizing.

- View Product Roadmap

Take a look at planned, in-progress, and implemented features.

- Changelog

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and improvements.

Sctivate Notifications

If you want to be informed about changes to a post, you can opt to be notified by email. Click on "Be notified" at the post.

Formulate your ideas as concretely as possible – this allows our Team to better assess how your suggestion can be implemented. Thank you for your cooperation!
