Why are no or not all pins displayed in my Excel Report?

The reason you may not see all pins in your Excel Report is due to how Report creation is structured in docu tools. If you select pins as the basis for your Report, but use a Template like "Excel Export Tasks", only pins that are associated with tasks are visible. Pins without assigned tasks are not considered during the Report creation process. Therefore, if none of your pins are linked to tasks, no pins will be displayed in the Report. If only certain pins have tasks assigned, only these pins will appear in your Report.

It is important that you choose the correct Template that matches your initial selection of the Report basis, whether it focuses on pins or tasks, to ensure that the desired content is included in the Report.
