Project export

docu tools provides three features to save data (pins, plans, reports, etc.) in a long-term readable format (pdf), e.g. for filing projects.

1. Unique naming of all media after download

For easy allocation of media after download they are named as follows:

Pin number-creation date(dd-mm-yyyy)-creation time (hhmmss)

e.g: "Pin265-23.02.2017-122323.jpg or Pin23-18.04.2018-102209.m4a. 

2. Download all project media

This feature allows the download of all media created in a project, e.g. at the end of a project.

The button to download all media can be found under "Media" in the upper menu.

3. Download plans with pins in original format

This feature is available in the Web App only. It allows the download of a pdf-plan in original format and including all pins, e.g. for printing.

Set the requested pin in the plan view on the Web App. Then click "download plan" in the "Options" menu.

A pdf with all pins visible on the desktop is created. For the unique allocation of pins, the pin number is located below the pin (see picture).
