Create audio note

• Open a pin
• click on "+" 
• select "Audio" 

• Click on "Record" to start recording

While the recording is running, you can pause the recording with "Pause" or start the recording again with "Restart".

"Save" ends the recording.

The audio note is now stored in the pin. There you can listen to the recording at any time. In addition, you can add a description to the recording before saving or afterwards.

Info: This audio feature is currently available for the Web App, the Android Tablet App and the iOS Tablet App.

Automatically convert audio to text

As soon as an audio note is saved on the server, docu tools offers the function of automatically converting the audio recording into text. Manual conversion to text is no longer necessary.

To do this, activate the option "Automatic transcription of audio recordings" in the user settings. This will automatically copy the text of each audio note into the description.
