Your communcation with our Service Team is supported directly by Service Tickets. This way, the professional handling becomes transparent and you always keep a complete overview of all your tickets created.
Create Service Ticket
1. Click on "?" top right in docu tools.
2. Click Please send us your ticket and open the ticket form.
3. Please fill in all fields of the form and click "Submit a ticket".
Info: The fields "docu tools Version" and "Company" are being automatically entered for you and cannot be changed. You may also add an attachment to the ticket (screenshot).
4. After submitting you are referred to the ticket view. You see here all information concerning the ticket and a confirmation that "Your request was successfully submitted". You may also transmit further messages to the Service Team.
Manage Service Tickets
Please click on the "?" in docu tools for a view of the current status of your ticket(s). Then select Help Center.
You are being referred to the Help Center. Please click on your name top right and then My tickets.
Here you find an overview of all your tickets. You can view the status of your tickets and filter tickets by their status.
By clicking on a ticket you get to the ticket view. You can track the ticket history and leave new messages to the Service Team.
Thus, you always have a complete overview of all your service tickets and an easy way of communicating with the docu tools Service.
