Subscription overview

pocket tool

• 2 active projects: You can actively work within your company on 2 projects. If one of these projects is no longer needed it can be deactivated and you are again able to create a new active project.

Please be aware that the total number of projects is for the entire company, and not for the individual users.

• 100 plans: As for the projects, the total number of active plans also goes for the entire company.
• Free E-Mail Support: If you have questions concerning the software or need technical support our Technical Support team will help you as quickly as possible via e-mail (e-mail support response within 24h).
• Unlimited project coordination: You can be invited by other companies into an unlimited number of projects and their project teams and thus work together via one network. These projects do not count as the 2 active projects of your subscription.
• Unlimited Subcontractors: There is no limit to how many subcontractors you can invite to work with you on your projects. You can invite an unlimited number of subcontractors to a project and to work with docu tools on this project.

• 10 active projects: You can actively work within your company on 10 projects. If one of these projects is no longer needed it can be deactivated and you are again able to create a new active project.

• Unlimited projects: You can create an unlimited number of projects with an unlimited number of plans.

We recommend to deactivate completed projects to retain a better overview. Deactivated projects can be re-activated at any time.

• Unlimited project coordination: You can be invited by other companies into an unlimited number of projects and their project teams and thus work together via one network. These projects do not count as the 2 active projects of your subscription.
• Unlimited Subcontractors: There is no limit to how many subcontractors you can invite to work with you on your projects. You can invite an unlimited number of subcontractors to a project and to work with docu tools on this project.

Subcontractor

The Subcontractor is a free license in docu tools. The Subcontractor can be invited to join into an unlimited number of projects with his/her account. You can read more about the role of the Subcontractor in this article HERE.

Combine Subscriptions

The combination of subscriptions within a company is not possible because of the limits to projects and plans. Upgrades und Downgrades are always possible.

Settlement and Payment

Annual Payment

The annual payment for your docu tools license gives each user a discount of EUR 120,-. Depending on the Subscription model, this means a discount of at least 11%. 

Monthly Payment

Monthly subscriptions are flexible and allow you to use and pay for docu tools on a monthly basis, as long as you need it. For example, the license can be cancelled again after 4 months if you no longer needed it because a project has been completed.

Upgrade & Downgrade 

Upgrade

If you have reached your limit for plans and projects, or you already know you want an upgrade, please contact our Service Team via Chat on our website, via E-Mail or via phone +43 1 8903227-27.

Downgrade

If you want to downgrade your account, please contact our Service Team via Chat on our Website, via E-Mail or via phone +43 1 8903227-27.

Be aware that if you downgrade your subscription you might need to reduce the number of projects and plans.

Account sharing

The sharing of account details can create problems with synchronization which in the worst case can lead to data loss. As the sharing of login data breaks the docu tools software license we will not offer any technical support in this instance. We furthermore retain the right to prosecute this breaking of the license agreement.

Contract Period

If you pay for your docu tools account on a monthly basis you can also terminate your subscription on a monthly basis.

If you have an annual subscription, you will have been required to pay at the beginning of your 12-month contract period. An early termination of the contract is not possible.
