What is the difference between "My Projects" and "All Projects"?

The "My Projects" list shows projects in which you are involved as a project member. This list can also contain projects from other organisations to which you are invited as an active member. Only these projects are available for offline use in our mobile Apps.

On the other hand, the "All Projects" list provides a comprehensive view of every project within your organization. This list is exclusively visible to users possessing the "Manage Projects" rights. Furthermore, these rights can be specifically confined to a designated folder, restricting visibility to projects contained within that folder alone.

This distinction ensures that users with the requisite rights can oversee and manage all projects within the organization, enhancing clarity and control.
