To log into the docu tools App you require a valid license with username and password. Download the App from the App Store or Google Playstore. Username and password are the same as in the Web App.
Log into the app.

Click on ‘User settings’ to open the pop-up menu. Open the ‘User settings’ to change your personal information (name, telephone number, e-mail, job title etc.).
Here you can set the language and time zone.
Here you can activate the 2-point authentication via Google, or connect your tablet with TouchID.

Structure side Menu
The project overview can be found on the left-hand side on the tablet. It can be blended in and out and gives the following overview:
- Plan import
Here you can see all projects in which you are involved. You can select between a ‘list view’ and ‘card view’, as well as create new projects and folders.
You can find in the menu item ‘Pins’ all Pins within a project and their corresponding information (e.g. creator, Pin number, date, status, task, Pin category etc.).
In this overview, you can filter using different criteria. From these filtered lists you can, for example, groups or Inspection lists.
Tip: By selecting multiple Pins you can change their status, or add them to a group.
Here you can see all created tasks, both the ones created by yourself and the ones allocated to you, and the current status of the tasks.
You can filter these tasks according to further criteria, e.g. status, responsible user, creation date.
To edit one or multiple status types simultaneously, click the respective tasks and select ‘Options’, where you can set the task status.
Here you can see all recently completed plan imports and can check whether they have been imported successfully.
In the Mobile App you can create two types of groups.

- Click in the side menu on ‘Groups’ to open the overview or to create a new group.
- Select ‘Create a new group’
- To create a new manual group, click on ‘Group’, give a title and follow the instructions to add Pins to the group.
- Tp create a dynamic filter group click on ‘Filter group’, select the filters fort he group (Pin category, status, creator, creation date) and click on ‘Save’.
In the Mobile App the function of Filter group is limited in comparison to Filter Group function in the Web App.
Tip: If Pins are created a day after the creation of the filter group, but they still fulfil the criteria of the filter group, they will be automatically added to the group.
