Reset password in the login interface

• If you have forgotten your password, go to the login window and click on ‘Forgot Password? Reset password’. You will be directed to a new page via which you can reset your password in two steps.

• Enter your e-mail address.

• You will receive an automatic e-mail from docu tools with a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder!

• Create a new password with a minimum of 12 characters (capital and lower-case letters do not need to be considered).
