Structure Web App
The docu tools App is organised by a top and side menu bar, to facilitate equally easy use on all your devices (tablet, smart phone and on the web app).
Top menu bar
In the top menu bar you can find the navigation field for projects and plans via which you can quickly navigate and keep track of the project and plan you are currently on.
- Select the project.
- Select the plan.
Further functions
Licence management: Here all administrative tasks are undertaken.
Here is where you can check the validity auf your licences.
Notifications: Change notification settings frequently.
Profile: Here you can view your docu tools User settings.
Helpdesk: This directs you to our Helpdesk.
Search: Here you can search for specific Pins, plans, tasks etc. Select a project and enter your search term.
Side menu bar
In the side menu bar are all functions for the navigation within a project, or project over-arching.
Project over-arching functions
Projects: Here you can see all your own projects, as well as those you have been invited to.
Project-based functions
Team: Here you can see every User invited to the project.
Tasks: Here you can see all tasks of a project.
Plans: Here you can manage the plans of your project.
Pins: Here you can see all the Pins of a project
Groups: Here you can sum up Pins to Groups, manually or through a filter group.
Data sets: Here you can import data sets via Excel.
Media: Here you can see all media of a project.
Report: Here you can see all reports that have been generated in the last 30 days, and you can generate new reports.
