Copy a Pin
- Open the pin you wish to copy.
- Click on the
...in the pin view. - Select
Copy pin. - Crosshairs will appear, allowing you to position the pin on the plan. Adjust the plan until the pin is in the desired location.
- Confirm by clicking the checkmark or cancel by clicking the X.
NOTE: Pin title, category and fields are copied. However, media and notes are not copied to the new pin. The copied pin and its tasks always maintain an "open" status, regardless of the state of the original pin and it's tasks.
Copying a pin is a feature available to users with roles that permit pin creation. This option is accessible on the web app, Android, and iPhone apps. On the iPad, please use Pin templates instead.
Move a Pin to another plan
- Open the pin you want to relocate.
- Click on the
...in the pin view. - Select
Move pin to another plan. - Choose a plan from the list.
- The selected plan opens, and crosshairs appear, allowing you to position the pin. Adjust the plan until the pin is in the desired location.
- Confirm by clicking on the tick or cancel by clicking on the X.
The option to move a pin to another plan is visible only for users with an admin role and the pin creator.
