Why are no, or not all pins shown in my Excel report?

In docu tools you can base your report on Pins or on Tasks. If you choose to select pins but then use the template "Excel Export Tasks" only pins including tasks will be displayed. Pins without tasks will be ignored in the creation of the report. If none of your pins has a task assigned no pins will show up in your report. If only a few pins have tasks assigned only those pins will show up in your report. So please make sure to choose the right template for your initial choise of reports base.
