Of course we are sorry if you do not want to continue working with docu tools. But sometimes there is no other way and we understand that.
Written notice of termination required
Cancellation has to be done in written form only. An email to sales@docu-tools.com is sufficient. If you cancel, you will still have the usual access to your data until the expiration day. The expiration day is the last day of your already paid performance period. You can find the performance period on your last invoice.

Contracts with monthly payment can be cancelled up to 1 calendar week/7 calendar days before the last day of the current performance period. If the cancellation is made too late, the contract will be extended by another 1 month and will then end on the last day of this performance period.

Contracts with annual payment can be cancelled at any time up to 2 calendar weeks/14 calendar days before the last day of the current performance period. If the cancellation is made too late, the contract will be extended again for 1 year and will then end on the last day of this performance period.
In order to make continuous improvements to our service, we greatly appreciate your feedback. We would appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for your cancellation. However, we will accept your cancellation even without a stated reason.
Your data
Until the expiration date of your license you still have the possibility to download your data in a readable format like PDF, Word, Excel or JPG. To do so, follow the instructions to export data.
After that you only have access to the extent of the free subcontractor license. I.e. you will only see plans on which there are pins with tasks assigned to you.
According to our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to delete your data 30 days after the end of the service period. After this period, you have no right to data storage.
If you specifically request deletion of your data, please submit a service ticket. We understand how important the protection of your data is to you. After the 30-day period following the end of the service period, your data will then be securely and completely deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
