Creating a docu tools account

There are 2 ways how you found us: You searched and found it yourself or you were invited. Depending on that, the registration process differs a bit.

Registration via the docu tools website

1. Click on Request demo on our website www.docu-tools.com.
2. Fill in the questionnaire.
3. Confirm with Senden.
4. You will receive an e-mail to the given address with a confirmation link.
5. Click on the button Activate account in the e-mail.
6. You will be redirected to docu tools and asked to set your password. Choose a password with at least 8 characters.
7. Log in with your email address and password.

Registration after invitation to join an organization

You typically receive an invitation to join a docu tools organization from a colleague in your own company.

1. Click on Join organization.
2. You will be redirected to docu tools and asked to set your password. Choose a password with at least 8 characters.
3. Log in with your email address and password.
4. Confirm the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

Registration after invitation to a project

You typically receive an invitation to join a docu tools project from a person in an external company.

1. Click on Join.
2. You will be redirected to the docu tools login screen. Please fill in your data and click on Create account.
3. You will come to the confirmation screen and receive an email with an activation link.
4. Click on the activate account button in the email.
5. You will be redirected to docu tools and asked to set your password. Choose a password with at least 8 characters.
6. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
7. Confirm the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
