It is possible to have your user account deleted in accordance with the EU GDPR. To initiate this, please open a request via our chatbot and provide the email address of the account as well as a contact option, if it is not possible through the email address of the account.
Attention: Only delete accounts if you are sure you no longer need them. Recovery is not possible here.
